➢ Content Warnings
Common canon warnings: Violence, predation, animal/pet death, graphic portrayals of disease, xenophobia, misogyny, abuse (emotional, verbal, physical), ableism, fascism. The writing tends to feature misogyny, indigenous stereotyping, abuse apologia, and fascist sympathy, but I make it a point to address and/or more responsibly handle these issues in my own writing.
Character-specific warnings: Mouth injury, starvation, emotional abuse, and depression (potentially including suicidal ideation) may come up in RP, but generally only with consent and/or with appropriate warnings attached. If you want to preemptively opt out or have questions/suggestions, you're plenty welcome to comment here or send a private message to me at any of my usual contacts listed below.
➢ IC Permissions
Physical affection: Crookedkit is a Clan cat, so he's very wary of humans, but he is also a cat! If he trusts you enough to allow it, he's very physical and loves pats, pets, nudges, and kisses.
Hugging: See above, for the most part; Clan cats don't have much of an equivalent to hugging, so he's a little more iffy on this than other things, but once he understands you're not trying to kill him he'll probably be fine with it!
Flirting: Absolutely not, unless it's baby flirting between kids. This will open up more if/when he canon updates/matures.
Relationships: See above.
Physical Violence: Violence and fighting are staples in Warriors, so go ham - Crookedkit has more training than most kits, but he will run away if he knows he doesn't stand a chance. That doesn't mean I won't welcome the occasional scare, either!
Killing: No thanks!
Psychic & Psionic Info: Crookedkit is a Clan cat who would read mostly as an ordinary, albeit more sapient, feral cat. He has no powers of his own.
Magical Info: See above; during fourth wall events he may be visited further by Mapleshade or otherwise her engagements with him may be detectable to those with the ability to sense such things, but for the most part he's just a regular Clan cat. "Regular Clan cat" may be read as more magical than a normal stray, but not in a power-having capacity.
Medical Info: Crookedkit has a broken jaw that healed crooked. This doesn't interfere with his breathing, and outside of fourth walls he won't have much trouble eating, though it does slightly impede his speech in the form of a faint lisp. During fourth walls, he returns to his original form of an 8-month-old kitten, and as a result his injury presents a much bigger challenge to him for eating, hunting, and fighting. It is cosmetically noticeable in either state. He is otherwise in good health, save for a number of superficial scars from his Dark Forest training.
Offensive Subjects & Triggers: Condemnations of his value based on his appearance or physical ability will cause him to quickly become reactive; he will not respond well to discussing his mother either, though he also won't tolerate anyone speaking poorly about her. Being looked down on for being a cat will annoy and frustrate him, but he'll mostly roll his eyes/shrug it off/dismiss it. Personal failings are an extremely sore spot for him.
➢ OOC Permissions
Backtagging: I'm generally fine with backtagging, though if I feel compelled to close a thread early I'll try to reach out OOCly about it!
Threadhopping: I'd ideally like prior notice for more serious threads, but otherwise go ham as long as everyone's on the same page.
Fourthwalling: For now I'd prefer not to play with this, at least when it comes to specifically Warriors fourthwalling, because it might be triggering for me depending on the situation.
Offensive subjects & triggers: Details relating to dentistry and oral/mouth pathology can be a problem for me, as can body horror surrounding the same topic. For anything else, I will tell you if it comes up.
Anything else? I'm
plural, so activity can come and go pretty drastically - please be patient with me on that! This is also why fourthwalling might trigger me.
